One place to look

Built into the Salesforce Account page your reps already use

Your CRM holds every order. Your reps still have to work out what it means.

Salesforce records every account, order and subscription. But to spot a customer who is quietly buying less, or a product that's due for a reorder, a rep has to open record after record and piece the story together. Most don't have time, so outreach waits until the customer calls.

‍

The challenge:

  • Too much manual digging - Reps review order history across multiple records before every call.‍
  • Churn that goes unnoticed - Falling order frequency or spend rarely shows up until the account is already slipping.
  • Missed revenue - Reorder, cross-sell and subscription opportunities sit in the data with no one prompted to act on them.
  • No clear priorities - Reps lack guidance on which accounts need attention first and what to discuss.

The result: reactive selling, slower calls to prepare, and revenue left on the table.

Account Intelligence lives on the Salesforce Account page, as a dedicated AI Summary component.

Open an account. Know what to do next.

1. Gather

Pull the account's data together - It combines accounts, order summaries, order products, programs, subscriptions and recent activity from across Salesforce.

2. Analyze

Read the buying signals - Your own business rules check changes in order frequency and spend, reorder windows and steady repeat purchases.

3. Prioritize

Decide if outreach is needed - Each account gets a clear recommendation on whether to reach out and how urgently.

4. Plan

Get a ready-made call plan - A suggested objective, talking points and the next best action, so the rep is prepared before they dial.

Built around how your business sells.

Questions about AI-Powered Account Intelligence

Account Intelligence is built to make your Salesforce data easier to act on, not to replace your reps' judgement. Here's what it does, what it draws on, and what a project looks like.
What is AI-Powered Account Intelligence?
A custom Salesforce solution that analyzes your customer and order data and turns it into sales insights. It shows reps account health, flags opportunities and recommends who to contact, when and why.
How is it different from standard Salesforce reports?
Reports show data. Account Intelligence interprets it. It combines several Salesforce objects, applies rules built around your purchasing patterns, and returns specific, prioritized recommendations rather than charts to analyze.
Isn't this what built-in AI summaries already do?
A generic AI summary describes an account. Account Intelligence is designed around your own sales process, programs, subscriptions and priorities, so its recommendations reflect how your business actually sells.
What data does it use?
Accounts, order summaries, order product summaries, programs, subscriptions and customer activities in Salesforce. AI interprets these signals to produce summaries, recommendations and similar-buyer insights.
Where do reps see it?
In a dedicated AI Summary component on the Salesforce Account page. There's no separate tool to open.
How is it built?
We feed AI with historical data about an account, AI identifies a type of the account analyzes similar accounts and predicts trends. Using AI we merge historical data and estimates and give to a sales rep recommendations for the next contact with the account.
What does a project look like?
Five stages: discovery of your sales process and data; defining the data sources and rules for churn, reorder and other opportunities; development of the component and logic; testing against real customer accounts and refining; and deployment to your sales team.
How long does it take?
This depends on the complexity of your existing systems and flows, data storage, types of access needed. Estimate around 3-6 weeks from the first requirement session to go-live.
What do we need to provide?
Salesforce access, your business requirements, sample customer data, and feedback from your team during testing.
Who is it for?
B2B companies on Salesforce with repeat customer purchases and substantial order and engagement data. It's used by sales reps, account managers, customer success managers and sales leaders.
Has it been used with a real client?
Yes. ForteNext built it for Procure Impact, whose sales team now sees consolidated account insights, automatically flagged churn, reorder and subscription opportunities, and suggested call plans without manually reviewing multiple records.
